To register on rcmoment.com, simply follow the steps below.
To register from the homepage:
Click on ‘Sign-in’ next to the cart. As a first time user, you will need to Sign Up.
You can Sign-up/Login by entering your:

Email ID
Social media profile
Verify the details via the sent to your registered mobile number.
Click on ‘Continue’ to finish your registration/sign-in.

What Is An Address Book?
As a registered user on rcmoment.com, you can create your own Address book which would save shipping information of previous orders. As a customer, you can select a shipping address from the Address book and proceed through checkout.

Can I Buy Multiple Products At Once?
Yes, you can order multiple products at once. Simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Confirmed?
As soon as you place an order:
You will be redirected to the order confirmation page on our website.
You will also receive an Order Confirmation email on your registered e-mail address and an order confirmation SMS with the details of your order.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer And What Is The Estimated Delivery Date? Where Can I Check The Shipping Status Of My Order?

How Do I Get My Order Status?
You can find out you order status in "Order Details" page in your Rcmoment account.

Why Has My Order Not Shipped 7 Business Days After Payment?
Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue is still there then please contact us via Live Chat or email to service@rcmoment.com.

Why Was My Order Partially Shipped?
There are three reasons why your order was partially shipped:
1.We have different warehouses, we will not combine them together and will ship from the correct warehouse separately.
2. The items are overweight so need to be shipped in different packages.
3. The item is out of production or stock for a long time. In this case we may firstly ship the rest to you, and send you an reminder email. Please check your email and let us know your decisions for replacement or refund.

Why My Order Is Still In Process A Few Days After The Order Has Been Completed?
If your order is still in process 48 hours after payment, it means that some items in your order are out of stock. We usually need 2-5 days to restock these items. If you still have concerns about your order, please contact us by service@rcmoment.com.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
1. If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact us to help you to change it to “Cancelled”.
2. If the order has already been paid but has not been shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order to get a full refund.
3. If the order has already been sent out, we can not help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them, and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returning item(s).
Please contact us by service@rcmoment.com. Please note that “rcmoment.com does not pay the return shipping cost on returned items, and we aren’t also responsible for goods lost during shipment when no tracking service has been supplied.” After receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

Why Is My Order Not In My Rcmoment.com Account?
There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your order list: 
1. The payment system was encountered an error when you were placing the order.
2. You placed your order as a guest (without logging in to www.rcmoment.com account). In this case please follow the steps to solve the problem:
Step 1: Please make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your payment account for the payment information.
Step 2: You should contact us by sending an email to service@rcmoment.com with the transaction ID, invoice ID or your payment email address.
Step 3: Our customer service center will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible once received your order details.

What Are The Replacement Policies?
Please note for the following cases consumers can request replacement from Rcmoment.com.
1. Item(s) have no defective parts, no artificial breakdowns, no destroy in package, accessories, user manuals, or have not been activated yet within 7 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
2. Item(s) are found with obvious defective parts, and have not been used yet within 15 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
3. Item(s) received have obvious difference with product description at Rcmoment.com.
4. Consumers found item(s) are broken upon receipt of item from delivery staff.
5. Item(s) are found still to be low quality without artificial breakdowns after exchanged once before from Rcmoment.com.
6. Item(s) cannot be operated normally by following user manual within 15 days ( including working days and weekends) since received.

What Are The Circumstances That Cannot Be Exchanged?
Please note for the following cases Rcmoment.com has the right to refuse consumers for replacement(s).
1. Consumers are unable to provide verified ordering provement at Rcmoment.com, or artificially change order details.
2. Consumers did not require the delivery staff to return item(s) on receipt of defective item(s).
3. Consumers artificially tear or alter item logos, series No. or waterproof signal etc.
4. Item(s) were activated beyond 30 days (including working days and weekends) after receiving.
5. Item(s) have not been sent out within 7 days (including working days and weekends) after we have confirmed replacement request from consumer.
6. Item(s) were broke in the case of force majeure (natural disasters etc.)
7. Any breakdowns of operations or set-ups that are not followed by product user manuals.
8. Any artificial breakdowns or unauthorized modification on items.
9. Any replacement request that beyond 15 days (including working days and weekends) since the date consumers received item(s).
10. Item(s) were found to be with no quality issues from Rcmoment.com tech department.

What Is Our Free Warranty Service?
We will provide free warranty service to our consumers within product warranty period if the product meet our Free Warranty Service requirements. In this case consumers are no need to pay any types of maintenance fees such as testing fee, replacement fees or item(s) send-back fees. Consumers should send back their broken items to us. Once received the item(s) our professional tech. team will check item(s) carefully to ensure specific conditions. Please note different products at rcmoment.com may have different warranty periods. Please check details with your order during purchasing.

What Is The Applicability Of Free Warranty Service?
1. Item(s) have no defective parts, no artificial breakdowns, no destroy in package, accessories, user manuals, or have not been activated yet within 7 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
2. Item(s) were found with obvious defective parts and have not been used yet within 7 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
3. Item(s) logos, product series No. etc have not been damaged.
4. 12 months Manufacturer’s Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt, and problems caused by logistics). Categories include LED& Flashlights, Computers & Networking, Cameras & Photo Accessories, Musical Instruments, Car Accessories, Video Accessories, Beauty and Health Gadgets, Game Accessories and other electronics, etc.
5. Defective items MUST BE report and return to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
6. Consumers must provide order No. Etc.

Exceptions Please Note For The Following Cases We Won't Be Able To Provide Free Warranty Services To You:
1. Artificial breakdowns, crashes etc.
2. Disassemble or adaptations actions that are not stated in product user manual.
3. Any incorrect installations or operations that are not stated in product user manual.
4. Any incorrect battery usages or circuit transformations that are not stated in product user manual.
5. And there are some categories that have no warranty, such as Jewelry, Wallpaper, Cross-Stitch Embroidery, Decorative Paintings, Bedding, Bath, Home Textile, Stationery and RC Model.
Notice: We do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty, sports accessories usually are within 3 months warranty.

Does Rcmoment Check The Products Before Shipping Them To Me?
Yes, for sure. We have a professional quality control team. They will check carefully for each item we received from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective goods to our customers. If a item is found defective in our QC test, it will be returned to the supplier / factory. So please don't worry about receiving a defective item because we are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable seller on international on-line shopping market.

What Should I Do If My Items Arrived Damaged?
This situation rarely occurs, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

If This Has Happened, Please Follow These Steps:
1. If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
2. If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
3. Next, contact Rcmoment immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue, we will contact the courier company, once the courier company confirms thatthe case is valid, they will compensate Rcmoment, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to Rcmoment in order for us to send out a new piece.

What Should I Do If My Products Go Broken After A Period Of Use?
If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period (If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to service@Rcmoment.com).

In This Case, Please Kindly Provide Us With Proof As Below:
1. The photos of original Rcmoment package with front and back sides.
2. The photos or video of the defective item(s).
3. The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s).
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
Sometimes you may need to ship the defective item back to us for free repair service or a new replacement. Customer should pay the return shipping fee, and Rcmoment is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail.
