Shipping Guide


Dispatch
After the order has been paid, most in-stock items generally ship from our fulfilment center within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Since delivery time frames vary depending on the destination, a more accurate estimate is provided during Checkout. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Cost
You can see more of your order details and delivery information in your account at www.rcmoment.com. You should first register an account on the website. If products were marked as "free shipping", then you will not need to pay any shipping costs. For products without "free shipping", you need to use the online system to generate a shipping fee for your order. Please put the total number of items in your shopping cart and then click the Check Out page, finally you can find shipping fees for different shipping services. Shipping insurance, if your items end up being stolen, lost, or damaged during shipping, you'll receive compensation. You can choose whether to purchase shipping insurance according to your own wishes. For further assistances please contact us through service@rcmoment.com.

Track My Order
You can follow your order during its delivery process, or after it has left our warehouses.Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your www.rcmoment.com account. Shipped: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an reminder email from us with the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Please note tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.Please note for orders under $30 value, the standard shipping opinion will not has a tracking code. In this case please refer to the Estimated Delivery Time section for your order delivery time.

What shipping methods do you offer and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of my order?
Rcmoment's uses four different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Air mail and Air mail with tracking number
Delivery time: 10-30 working days

EMS:
Delivery time: 6-10 working days

DHL:
Delivery time: 3-8 working days
You can track on: www.dhl.com

UPS:
Delivery timer: 3-7 working days
You can track on: www.ups.com

How Do I Get My Order Status?
You can find out you order status in "Order Details" page in your RCMOMENT account.

Notes:
1) Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once or change the delivery address, if it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service (or email to service@rcmoment.com)!
2) We try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
3) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.
4) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
5) Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 3 months (from the date of shipment).
